Sometimes just being able to talk to someone, who is really willing to listen can make all the difference. You may know where the problems are:-stress, relationships, anger, depression, loss for example, or you may just feel that something is keeping you back from living more fully. Professional counselling can be a positive alternative to trying to cope alone. A counsellor can help you explore issues that are distressing, and through greater self knowledge find better ways of coping so that you can start to move forward.

In a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
